We aim to create a long term working partnership with your college and its learners. We have your learners’ interests at heart and our ultimate aim is to increase their chances of recruitment into the airlines as cabin crew through our training programme.
We offer an after-course support service for all learners who complete the course and we are available to offer advice and answer queries (e.g. If a person is completing an application form and requires guidance, they can contact us via email and we will help them in any way we can).
They will also receive our monthly newsletter on successful completion of the course. This contains up to date information on which airlines are recruiting and what their requirements are, as well as airline industry information.
This course is an excellent ‘add-on’ to the course they are studying at college. All of our trainers have taught in colleges and are familiar with the specification of the courses taught in colleges, primarily Travel and Tourism and Cabin Crew courses.
As our aim is to increase your learners’ chances of recruitment, our course concentrates on passing on knowledge and insider tips on what it is the airlines are looking for.
On the day, topics covered include:
Application Process
- How to fill in the application forms (and the mistakes to avoid).
- How to compile your CV
- Why first impressions are important
- What you can expect at the interview (typical questions asked)
- Practise the group role plays and we tell you what the interviewers are looking for
- A look at examples of (and practise of!) the test papers used by airlines in the recruitment process
- Grooming and dress – The importance of a smart appearance
Life as Cabin Crew
- A typical day in the life of cabin crew – Long haul, short haul, rosters, stand by, pay.
- The importance of Cabin Crew on board – The procedures they carry out in the case of emergencies
- Safety demonstrations – Have a go at the safety demo
We aim to make the day fun, whilst still passing on the valuable knowledge and information needed to help you through the recruitment process.
This course structure is flexible and we can structure the course according to your learners’ needs.
Each learner will receive a pack that contains:
- All the resources and information given on the day (course content above) in a folder for them to keep
- Examples of application forms and airline requirements
- Our contact details should they wish to contact us in the future
- A certificate on successful completion of the course
