I understand that the booking is subject to agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Enrolment on a course is not confirmed until all fees have been received in full by Cabin Crew Coaching. Cabin Crew Coaching reserves the right to decline bookings without explanation.
Cheques should be made payable to Cabin Crew Coaching
Should you have any queries surrounding a booking please call us on 01246 205052
On receipt of payment we will issue complete joining instructions, venue details and course timings.
If you need to cancel your booking please call 01246 205052 . Cancellation charges are:
15 - 28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
1 - 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.
If you change the date of a course for which you have enrolled, the above sliding scale will apply from the original date booked. If you need to transfer your booking please call 01246 205052
Any other form of non-attendance which does not meet these transfer requirements is considered a cancellation and cancellation charges will be incurred.
Cabin Crew Coaching reserves the right to vary or cancel any courses should this become necessary.
Cabin Crew Coaching reserves the right to dismiss any candidate due to inappropriate behaviour and/or disruption to others with no refund given.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details held by Cabin Crew Coaching is correct and to notify us of any changes e.g. name, address.
Written notification of changes in personal details must be sent. Cabin Crew Coaching will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information. Confirmation of details can be made by application to Cabin Crew Coaching.
